內容簡介： The present study assessed the extent of effectiveness of the gymnastics program implemented in Chinese universities and its implications where its results were used to develop a gymnastics intervention program intended to alleviate the program itself in Chinese universities. The present undertaking was conducted in Jinan City， Shandong Province， China. Five (5) universities offer gymnastics in the city of Jinan， Shandong Province where the study was conducted. There was a total of three hundred thirteen (313) students who were the respondents of the study. The questionnaire used was a researcher-made questionnaire which isabout the statement of the problem presented in the study. The study was conducted during the 2nd term of the school year 2023-2024. 關於作者： 贾磊，男，汉族，1981年8月生，山东莘县人，副教授，中共党员，毕业于成都体育学院，获教育学硕士学位。
