The purpose of the book is to serve as a training book for trainees of Addis Ababa - Djibouti Railway. In the process of compiling this textbook， firstly， the electric locomotive driver and the electric locomotive maintenance post are analyzed. The professional core competencies required by electric locomotive drivers and electric locomotive maintenance are summarized.
