简名敏，1982年毕业于日本池华坊中央花艺学院，1988年取得美国芝加哥花艺学院设计师教授学位，1994年取得法国CIFAF艺术花艺学院硕士学位，1998年开始从事软装设计工作，是花艺顾问专家和专业的室内软装设计师。
